Snow, Santa, and spectacular surprises await your arrival.

Prepare to wrap yourselves in festive cheer, as Yas Winter Fest makes its return to the capital. Taking place at the Yas Island Gateway Park South from 12 to 21 December 2025, Yas Winter Fest promises a winter wonderland for all ages.

The family-friendly festival promises ten days of seasonal sparkle, complete with twinkling lights, carols in the air, and the comforting aroma of freshly made festive treats. From fairground rides and tree lightings to Santa meet-and-greets, games, shopping, dining, and more, it is designed as a wonderful winter celebration for all ages.

At the heart of the action is Santa’s Village, where classic traditions come to life. Each evening begins with the Festive Tree Lighting Ceremony, which turns the garden amphitheatre into a glowing scene of colour, music and joy as the towering tree lights up against a backdrop of illuminated palms.

Children can pour their wishes into Letters to Santa Claus, using specially designed templates before posting them into a charming vintage-style letterbox bound for the North Pole. They can also meet Santa in person, pose for a keepsake photo and create memories that will last long after the decorations come down.

At the Snowfall Park, little ones can lace up their skates and glide across the Winter Sparkle Ice Rink, watched over by trained staff, while the walk-in Snow Globe offers a picture-perfect backdrop of swirling snow and festive decor.

Classic carnival rides await at the Festive Fairground, from the elegant Santa’s Grand Carousel to the spinning Tinsel Tea Swirlers. Those in search of more of an adrenaline kick can hop onto Frostlight Flyers or the Snowy Sailors Pirate Ship. On the ground, interactive games like Elf Launch, Holiday Gift Grab and Winter Wipeout keep the competitive energy flowing.

Creativity takes centre stage at The Winter Workshop. This cosy corner of the festival invites guests to get hands-on with a series of seasonal crafts, including Candle Making and Snow Globe Creation, Macramé Ornament Design, and Wooden Toy Crafting. Each activity offers the chance to make a personalised keepsake. Those with a sweet tooth can join Marshmallow Making sessions or embark on a Candy Cane Hunt, while traditionalists can enjoy Snowman Making, complete with winter props and accessories.

The Celebration Stage is the main hub for live entertainment throughout Yas Winter Fest. Each evening, the stage will host festive choirs, family-friendly performances and cosy movie screenings under the night sky. Guests can settle in, relax and let the music, laughter and holiday cheer provide the soundtrack to their evening in the park. Elsewhere, a lineup of food trucks and pop-up concepts will serve hearty favourites from around the world, including burgers, wood-fired pizzas, and flavourful Asian street food.

The Festive Market rounds off the experience with a charming open-air bazaar showcasing homegrown brands, seasonal specialities and handcrafted pieces. Stalls will be stocked with ornaments, decor, accessories and gifts, making it easy to pick up thoughtful presents or a little something for yourself.

Advance tickets for Yas Winter Fest, priced at AED 25 for children and AED 35 for adults, are now on sale via Platinumlist. Season tickets are also available for the whole ten days.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
