The new resort joins a growing list of world-famous hospitality brands.
The Red Sea Project is one of the most exciting megaprojects in Saudi Arabia. It has welcomed world-famous hospitality brands, all offering glorious getaways. It has also added Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to the list, including the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island. The property is now open for reservations.
Bookings to Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island are open for dates starting 1 July 2026. This move comes at the perfect time, as your summer plans can now be sorted with a luxurious getaway to the shores of the Red Sea with impeccable hospitality.

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island will be designed by the world-famous British architects, Foster + Partners. The hotel includes 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views of the white beaches and crystal-blue waters. The site includes six restaurants and lounges, meeting and event spaces, and a marine discovery centre.
The family-friendly features include a dedicated Kids For All Seasons space and two separate beaches for families and adults. Thrill seekers will be delighted to hear that there are plenty of sports and water activities, including diving among the coral reefs. Plus, there will be a spa with a hammam, tennis courts, and three outdoor pools with cabanas.
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island has a growing number of hotels in the kingdom, including Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre and projects in Diriyah and Jeddah.

Bart Carnahan, President, Global Business Development and Portfolio Management, had earlier explained: “As we continue to expand Four Seasons’ presence in the region, our new project in the Red Sea will be one of our first resorts in the kingdom, blending the best of beachside travel with the natural and cultural wonders of Saudi Arabia. We are incredibly proud to be part of this impressive and visionary development by RSG and look forward to inviting guests.”
John Pagano, Group CEO of Red Sea Global, had previously added: “This new destination provides the next generation of travellers with an incredible opportunity to discover what Saudi Arabia has to offer, building on its historic and cultural significance, while highlighting the exceptional natural beauty of the region. We are thrilled to have Four Seasons as a partner on this project, bringing their world-renowned service expertise to the beautiful Red Sea.”

The Red Sea Project is expected to span 28,000 kilometres of islands, beaches, deserts, mountains, and even volcanoes, and to be a leading destination for eco-luxury. The plan is to have no waste sent to landfill or single-use plastic, and to be 100 per cent carbon neutral. Plus, Red Sea International Airport is now fully operational, so you can land in the megaproject without any hassle.
