Summer travel between Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom is about to become easier. Riyadh Air has opened ticket sales for its new daily service between Riyadh and London Heathrow, marking another major step in the airline’s growing international network.
The new route will launch on 1 July 2026, connecting King Khalid International Airport with one of the world’s busiest aviation hubs. Designed for both business and leisure travellers, the service will offer a direct daily link between the Saudi and UK capitals, supporting tourism, corporate travel and cultural exchange between the two cities.
Flight RX401 will depart Riyadh at 2.35am, allowing passengers to arrive in London with much of the day still ahead of them. The return service, RX402, will leave London Heathrow at 9.35am and arrive back in Riyadh later the same day. With a daily schedule, the route offers travellers greater flexibility when planning short breaks, business trips, or longer stays in the UK.
The service will be operated exclusively by Riyadh Air’s Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners. The aircraft will feature four cabin classes, including fully flat-bed seats in Business, upgraded seating in Premium Economy and modern entertainment systems throughout the cabin. The airline is positioning the route as a premium long-haul experience with a strong focus on comfort, design and connectivity.
Return fares for the Riyadh to London service start from SAR 1,101 in Economy Lite. Premium Economy fares start from SAR 2,602, while Business Class fares start from SAR 8,109. The pricing gives travellers a range of options, from accessible economy fares to elevated cabin experiences for those seeking added space and comfort.
Riyadh Air is also using the launch to encourage passengers to sign up for Sfeer, its loyalty programme. Designed with a lifestyle-led approach, the programme includes benefits such as a “Best Offer Guarantee,” complimentary onboard WiFi and the ability to earn rewards from a passenger’s first flight. Early members will also become part of “The Founders,” an exclusive group offering early access perks as the airline continues to expand.
