The WWE Night of Champions event will take place in Riyadh.

Do you know your power slam from your mandible claw? Well, you’ll be thrilled to hear that the WWE is set to make a historic return to Saudi Arabia on Saturday, 27 June 2026, for the Night of Champions event. Following the success of last year’s event, the World Heavyweight Champion will once again be crowned in Riyadh.

The WWE Night of Champions event will take place at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, bringing together some of the biggest WWE stars for an epic face-off. Fans can be part of this historic moment by getting their tickets and experiencing the thrill of the tournament in person. This marks the second time SmackDown will be held in Saudi Arabia’s capital and will feature some of the biggest WWE Superstars from the Raw and SmackDown brands.

The event marks another high-profile chapter in Saudi Arabia’s expanding relationship with WWE, a partnership that has already delivered landmark shows including Crown Jewel, Elimination Chamber, King & Queen of the Ring, Night of Champions, Friday Night SmackDown and Monday Night Raw. WWE has also confirmed that Riyadh will host WrestleMania 43 in 2027, making it the first time the company’s biggest cultural spectacle will be staged outside North America.

His Excellency Turki Alalshikh said, “We are proud to welcome Night of Champions back to Riyadh and look forward to delivering another unforgettable night of WWE action for fans in the Kingdom and around the world.”

If you grew up in Saudi Arabia, you were probably glued to the TV on Channel 2, watching the WWF late on weekend nights. SmackDown — also known as Friday Night SmackDown — is a televised wrestling extravaganza that typically airs on weekends. However, with the upcoming event in Saudi Arabia, you’ll have the unique opportunity to witness all the action live in the capital.

The event is part of Riyadh Season, and tickets will go on sale on Monday, 27 April via WeBook.
