Opening at National Gallery Singapore, Milli brings creative cocktails and late-night music to a two-level rooftop venue overlooking Marina Bay.
Singapore’s dining and nightlife scene is getting a new rooftop address. Opening on 31 May, Milli will bring an all-day restaurant, bar and late-night lounge to the top of National Gallery Singapore, with sweeping views across Marina Bay, the Padang and the city skyline.
Positioned across two levels, Milli takes over the former Smoke & Mirrors and Yan Cantonese Restaurant spaces, transforming them into a day-to-night destination designed for long lunches, sunset drinks and music-led evenings. The concept has been created for guests who want to begin with food, move into cocktails and stay on as the tempo rises after dark.

On Level 6, Milli Sky Dining & Bar will serve as the main rooftop restaurant, offering panoramic views alongside a menu built for sharing. On Level 5, Milli Lounge will shift the mood with DJs, late-night service and a club-style atmosphere. Together, the two spaces aim to create one of Singapore’s most versatile rooftop experiences.
The culinary direction comes from Chef Han Li Guang, best known for the MICHELIN-starred Labyrinth. At Milli, his approach is more casual and social, drawing on bold Singaporean flavours and familiar dishes reworked for a rooftop setting. Highlights include lobster laksa cheong fun, oyster omelette soufflé, roasted chicken and king crab dishes.

The drinks menu has been designed to sit comfortably alongside the food. Signature serves include a kaya toast-inspired espresso martini, a Peranakan spritz with blue pea flower and coconut, and the Milli signature cocktail, which takes inspiration from the historic Million Dollar Drink.
With its central location, chef-led menu and dual-level layout, Milli is shaping up to be one of the most notable new openings in Singapore. Whether you are visiting for lunch, sundowners or a late-night session, the venue brings restaurant, bar and nightlife together above one of the city’s most recognisable cultural landmarks.
