The concert marks the opening of Korean 360 at Dubai Festival City Mall.
Korean culture is making waves in the Middle East. Now, K-pop sensations CIX and Chen will be coming to Dubai. The pair will perform in the city for the opening of Korea 360, which celebrates South Korean culture.
In 2022, the world welcomed the first Korea 360, which was located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Situated on the first floor of Dubai Festival City Mall, Korea 360 was previously used to celebrate Korea Season. On 11 April, it will be open as a permanent venue, and throughout the year, there will be events from entertainment to exhibitions. On the opening day, there will be an artist networking event, hanbok experience and keyring making.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Korea Creative Content Agency have worked together on the initiative. Korea 360 also offers a range of products from South Korea. The items span beauty, food and lifestyle. Look out for meet and greets with celebrities, and workshops that allow you to immerse yourself into the culture.
CIX is a South Korean boyband, which was formed by C9 Entertainment. The members include BX, Seunghun, Yonghee, and Hyunsuk. In 2019, they released their first album Hello Chapter One: Hello, Stranger. The group’s singles include Drown in Luv, Jungle and Movie Star.
