The new Sharjah restaurant combines open-flame cooking, premium beef, alcohol-free serves and a late-night dessert lounge.

Aljada’s dining scene has a fiery new addition. The Char’d Club has opened on East Boulevard, bringing a flame-led, premium-casual restaurant to one of Sharjah’s fastest-growing lifestyle destinations.

Created by Blue Coral Concepts, The Char’d Club is built around open-flame cooking, shared plates and a lively neighbourhood feel. The restaurant places fire at the heart of the experience, from the open kitchen to the smoky flavours that run through the menu.

The interiors lean into the concept’s fire-driven identity. Blackened steel, smoked timber, and bluestone create a bold setting, while warm leather seating, large murals and brushed brass accents soften the space. At the centre of the restaurant, the open-fire kitchen allows diners to see the flames shaping the rhythm of service.

The menu combines South African braai, Argentinian parrilla and Australian barbecue traditions. At its centre is a steak programme built around premium O’Connor grain-fed beef, sourced from the cool southern pastures of Victoria, Australia, and aged for 250 days to develop depth, balance and marbling.

Signature dishes include the Old School Burger, featuring a 170-gram ground patty made with premium O’Connor beef. Other highlights include Slow-smoked Short Rib, Soy Garlic-glazed Galbi Short Rib, Sichuan-basted Beef Skewers, Spiced Lamb Merguez and a terrific Tomahawk.

Seafood is also given the flame treatment. Fire-grilled king prawns in Thai red curry and Miso-glazed Salmon Skewers also make an appearance, providing umami-rich flavours to the menu. Across the grill section, a bespoke basting technique creates a lacquered finish and deep flavour profile.

Dessert keeps the fire theme going with the Insta-worthy S’more Fondant, a molten chocolate dessert finished with torched marshmallow and Graham cracker crumb, signalling a playful end to the meal.

The Char’d Club Aljada

From 10:30pm onwards, The Char’d Club shifts into a late-night dessert lounge, with non-alcoholic mixology, bold desserts and a curated music programme.

Hisham Bouab, Operations Manager, says, “Fire does something to a room that nothing else can; it draws people in. At The Char’d Club, it’s not just how the food is cooked; it’s what sets the tone for the entire experience. Bold flavours, real energy, and food genuinely meant to be shared.”

The Chard Club is in good culinary company in Sharjah’s Aljada, joining FACT favourites Berenjak, Isabella’s Street Kitchen, Kokoro, Moonslice Pizza and tashas.
