The brilliant Brazilian churrascaria at Fairmont The Palm is throwing an Oktoberfest celebration with a South American twist, transforming into a lively Bavarian–Brazilian hub with festive décor, themed counters and a team dressed in traditional lederhosen and dirndl. On the menu are unlimited cuts of premium churrasco, carved at the table, paired with German Paulaner draft beer, a pretzel station, and a Brazilian band. Available from 25 September to 4 October.
