Chefs Jason Atherton, Himanshu Saini and Saverio Sbaragli are creating a six-hands dinner at Jumeirah Burj Al Arab on 7 April. Jason Atherton is behind a range of restaurants in Dubai. In 2023, he opened Row on 45, which went on to win two MICHELIN Stars. Himanshu Saini is instrumental in making Trèsind Studio a success. The restaurant has been awarded two MICHELIN Stars and a FACT Award for Restaurant of the Year in 2024. Saverio Sbaragli is at the helm of the kitchen in Al Muntaha and is known for his French fine dining expertise, which infuses Italian influences. The meal is priced at AED 1,900 per person.

Enjoy a wellness breakfast at African Queen
Start your day with intention, connection, and nourishment at African Queen. Every Tuesday, you can enjoy a one-hour yoga session, followed by a wholesome breakfast and access to a sunbed. The breakfast menu includes creamy Avocado Toast topped with a poached egg, Greek Yoghurt layered with crunchy granola and seasonal fruits, and Whole Wheat Pancakes served with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey. Visit the Lezzet Anatolian Kitchen pop-up
This April, Lezzet Anatolian Kitchen teams up with Fish Beach Taverna for a one-month pop-up. Turkish-Australian chef Kemal Barut collaborates with Chef Coskun Uysa for a modern take on Anatolian cuisine, blending rich Turkish flavours with Aegean coastal freshness. Tuck into a set menu featuring Golden egg with smoked yoghurt and black truffle, Lobster Shish with lemon orzo and truffle, Stuffed Mussels with cinnamon-pine nut rice, Sumac-cured Kingfish with rakı-pickled honey melon, Wagyu köfte with smoky Eggplant and Wood-fired Pita with smoked date butter. Try the business lunch at Revolver
Revolver Dubai is turning up the heat with the launch of its new business lunch menu, crafted by acclaimed Chef Jitin Joshi. Bringing the bold, vibrant flavours of South Asia together with the magic of wood-fired cooking, the menu features AvoMame Gem, Black Vinegar Short Rib, Duck Bao, Smoked Tiger Prawn and Wagyu Scotch Egg. Dessert highlights include the Crème Brûlée infused with vanilla masala chai and a tropical Mango Sticky Rice elevated with coconut and pandan. Available Monday to Friday from 12pm to 3pm.
