FACT favourite Trèsind Studio unveils Rising India, a degustation that maps the country’s culinary heritage across the Thar Desert, Deccan Plateau, Coastal Plains and Northern Plains, including the Himalayas. Chef Himanshu Saini spotlights regional produce with bold, balanced flavours. Highlights range from the feather-light Naan Soufflé and White Asparagus “Rice No Rice” to a finale of Banana and Hazelnut Tortellini with miso caramel and South Indian filter coffee. One MICHELIN-starred Hakkasan Dubai hosts a one-night, six-hands collaboration with Executive Chef Andy Toh (Dubai), Executive Chef Lee Kok Hua (Abu Dhabi) and Head Chef Rowan Chong (Doha). Studio Frantzén marks one year with a one-night takeover by Björn Frantzén, Johan Zandrén and Torsten Vildgaard.
