Dine on Chef Gregoire Berger’s menu at Solenn

Located on Marsa Boulevard in Dubai Festival City, Solenn overlooks the creek, offering waterfront views that instantly set the tone. In the kitchen, the focus is on Greek Mediterranean flavours that celebrate freshness and simplicity. Menu highlights include Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Truffle Arancini and a Burrata and Heirloom Tomato Salad that feels made for Dubai’s cooler evenings. Charred Octopus Skewers bring a smoky note, while the Spicy Tuna Tartare adds heat and acidity. Behind Solenn is renowned chef Gregoire Berger, one of Dubai’s most talked-about culinary names.

Try London’s cult burger brand

Manna, one of London’s most talked-about smash burger concepts, has arrived in Dubai at Alserkal Avenue. For its Middle Eastern debut, Manna Dubai serves a tight edit of signatures. Expect the Classic Smash, the Hot One, the Double Manna and sides that have built their own fan base. Seasoned Waffle Fries and Hot Flame Waffle Fries are essentials. The headline, however, is a dish created just for the UAE. The Wagyu Kimchi Smash layers a juicy Wagyu patty with ssamjang mayo, kimchi, seaweed and cheese. It is a playful mash-up that reflects Dubai’s appetite for premium ingredients and bold flavour.
