Piehaus has launched its Counter Culture Series, an ongoing collaboration bringing together chefs, creatives and homegrown brands through limited-edition pies. The first edition, available for Eid Al Adha, sees Piehaus team up with acclaimed Emirati pastry chef Sahar Al Awadhi on the Chebab Pie. Inspired by traditional Emirati chebab, the pie features saffron and freshly ground cardamom-infused dough, filled with cream cheese and date syrup. Available for dine-in and takeaway, the limited-edition pie can be enjoyed with karak chai, with a family-sized version also available for pre-order.

Meaning “Welcome to my humble abode” in Arabic, Gerbou reimagines Emirati cuisine through a modern lens while celebrating local artistry and craftsmanship. The restaurant invites diners to discover the flavours of the UAE this Eid Al Adha with its Gerbou Emirati Experience. The limited-edition menu celebrates Emirati-inspired cuisine through dishes that showcase the flavours, textures and traditions of the region. One of Gerbou’s most captivating features is its underground pit cooking technique, inspired by age-old Emirati methods that infuse dishes with rich, smoky depth, offering diners a taste of the UAE’s culinary heritage.

FACT has teamed up with Emirati-owned, equestrian-themed speciality café HOOF for a limited-edition Matcha Menu. The FACT x HOOF collaboration celebrates World Matcha Day with four creative drinks. Highlights include the Berry Coconut Breeze Matcha with strawberry and toasted coconut, the vivid Blue Tropical Cooler with blue matcha and vanilla, and the floral Pink Blush Cooler topped with edible flowers. For something richer, the Toasted Coconut Hojicha offers roasted, nutty notes with cacao. The menu is available at HOOF branches in Dubai Mall, Misk Sharjah and Grove Village in Ras Al Khaimah.

House of Hype at Dubai Mall is serving up a hidden Eid Al Adha experience with Harajuju by Reif. Taking place for one day, the Tokyo-style speakeasy will host a six-course omakase menu by Chef Reif Othman. Tickets include unlimited day access to House of Hype’s 25 immersive worlds, a welcome drink and reserved counter seating. With only 10 seats per sitting, the intimate experience will run at 5pm, 6.30pm, 8pm and 9.30pm, combining secret doors, immersive entertainment and inventive dining.
